Since the fall of 2010, Dede and the Dreamers has been engaging audiences at concert venues, coffee houses, breweries and music festivals all over Michigan, the midwest, and Canada. The Michigan based quartet's original music is Indie Folk mixed with Jazz and world influences of Chill Core Music. The band's distinctive sound is showcased on 4 albums released by Dede and the Dreamers on the Earthwork Music record label. Dede plays vibraphone or marimba and sings her own original songs. She is one of the only singing mallet players in the world. This creates a completely unique sound and one of a kind performance.
